Returns and Refunds Policy
Goods not meeting expectations
Please note we will not accept any returns on the basis that the customer is unwilling to pay the custom charge attributed to their order from their country of residence based on existing EU and UK regulations.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the conditions ‘unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached’ is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer’s own expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging for resale, which must not be used as the outer packaging for your mailing purposes.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Earrings (all)
- Gift cards
Returns must be notified to us in advance via email, with the explanation of the reason for the return. Do not send goods without our prior knowledge. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for more information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
It is important that you return all parts of the item and all packaging, which must be intact and in re-saleable condition. Do not use the product packaging as the outer packaging and this will render it damaged and unsuitable for resale.
We always recommend you obtain proof of purchase and we do not take any responsibility for the item while it is in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
